Dale McCann
Vigil Honor
Dale McCann is a proud member of the Malibu lodge. He previously served as Section Secretary in Section G17S and Section Vice Chief in Section G18N. He is a Vigil Honor Member and Eagle Scout of Troop 72. Dale was elected in 2024 at Conclave.
Outside of Scouting, Dale is a bicycle mechanic, Outdoor Adventures trip leader, and student at CSUN. He is a big fan of trains, and his favorite scouting memory is his OA Trail Crew trek in the summer of 2024.
Section Vice Chief
Omar J.
Omar is a proud member of the Malibu Lodge. He previously served as the 2024 Serranos Chapter Chief and the 2025 Conclave Vice Chief of Promotions until his election to Section Vice Chief in April 2025
Outside of Scouting, Omar is a Junior in High School and studies the Saxophone at the Silverlake Conservatory. His favorite Scouting memory was NOAC 2024 at CU Boulder.

Alexander Tindell
Vigil Honor
Alexander Tindell is a former Lodge Chief of Yowlumne Lodge. He is a Vigil Honor Member and Eagle Scout of Troop 47. He was elected in 2024 at Conclave.
Outside of Scouting, Alexander is a computer science student at Bakersfield College. He enjoys working with computers and other electronics. His favorite scouting memory is visiting the Summit Circle during the 2023 National Jamboree.
