At Section G18N, we believe growth comes from openness and reflection. Our December Council of Chiefs was a valuable opportunity to gather feedback from Arrowmen about our recent conclave. Here’s what we learned and how we’re planning to level up our next conclave experience.
Celebrating Our Strengths:
- Seamless Check-In: Scored an impressive 9/10. Our check-in team nailed efficiency and friendliness.
- Shows and Activities: Shoutout to Gio Orona and Adviser Dave Kampa for producing “one of the best” shows we’ve seen! Arrowmen enjoyed engaging, nonstop activities like Nine Square and a captivating escape room.
- Impactful Training: Trainings scored highly (8.5/10), inspiring participants and effectively equipping leaders for success.
Areas to Grow:
- Communication: Pre-conclave communication was rated 6/10. We’re addressing this by ramping up clarity, frequency, and detail in our messaging.
- Signage & Scheduling: Rated 6.5/10 and noted as “missing parts.” We’re streamlining our signage and scheduling processes to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Vigil Rededication & Meals: With lower scores (around 6/10), these areas will receive special attention to ensure they match the overall high standards of our conclave.
Looking Forward:
We’re committed to turning good into great, guided by your feedback. Transparency and continuous improvement are central to our approach—together, we’re shaping Section G18N into a model for the entire Gateway Region.
Have more ideas? Reach out—we’re listening, and your voice makes all the difference.
