What is Conclave?

Conclave is the biggest event of the year—a weekend where Arrowmen from across Section G18N come together for training, fellowship, and unforgettable fun. Whether you’re a seasoned leader or brand new to the Order, there’s something for everyone.

Explore sessions on everything from Scouting After Graduation to Production Value, and take part in competitions, games, and unique adventures—all themed around “When Scouting Ruled the Earth” – A “Jurrassic Park” Themed Event 

Join us at the Cabrillo Youth Center in San Pedro, CA, from September 19–21, 2025, for a conclave 110 years in the making.

Code of Conduct

The general welfare of any group depends on the conduct of each individual member. This ensures the success of our Section Conclave and provides the maximum benefit to every participant. As an Arrowman, I understand this and support the reasonable demands of conduct expected of me.

I will: 

  1. Observe the Scout Oath, the Scout Law and the Order of the Arrow Obligation. 
  2. Wear my official uniform and official Section Conclave identification throughout the Conclave. 
  3. Attend all planned sessions and activities. 
  4. Be personally responsible for breakage, damage, or loss of property. 
  5. Park in designated parking areas while at the Conclave site. 
  6. Follow the Scouting America policy on smoking. 
  7. Understand that the purchase, possession, or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illicit drugs will result in immediate dismissal. 
  8. Comply with federal, state and city laws and site regulations, which includes no fireworks, personal firearms, and gambling. 

I understand that failure to comply with any of these regulations will result in immediate removal from the camp.

Packing List

Camping Gear

  1. Tent
  2. Sleeping Bag
  3. Sleeping Pad (or cot, you will have to carry to your site)
  4. Camp Chair (Optional)
  5. Flashlight/headlamp

 

Other Essentials

  1. Physical (printed) copy medical forms, Part A & B, with attached copy of insurance cards (front & back)
  2. Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc…)
  3. Sun Protection (sunblock, hat, sunglasses)
  4. Water Bottle
  5. Pen & Paper for note taking during training.

 

Clothing

  1. Field Scout Uniform w/ OA Sash
  2. Activity Scout Uniform (for afternoon program)
  3. Sleep clothes
  4. Closed toed shoes (athletic style for events and afternoon program)

 

Optional

  1. Items to donate to the patch/memorabilia auction
  2. Cash for the auction, snack bar, and trading post
